Bethel Man Charged With Urinating At Store, Giving Brother's Name To Police

BETHEL, Conn. — A Bethel man was arrested after he urinated inside a 7-Eleven store on Route 6 and gave police his brother's name.

According to the News Times, police charged 20-year-old Christopher Phelps, with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, interfering with an officer and criminal impersonation.
